Surface coating operator wanted in Livingston County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Livingston County, New York. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
