Surface coating operator — Boone County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Boone County, Illinois. You will work at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Meals and transport allowance provided.
