QC technician — Rutherford County

Join our team: we are hiring a QC technician in Rutherford County, North Carolina. The job is at a food processing unit. Your main tasks: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
