Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Washington County, Kentucky. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T The role involves set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances.
