Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Emanuel County, Georgia. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
