Finishing plasterer — Hardeman County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Hardeman County, Tennessee. You will be based at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Your main tasks: • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency You should have: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
