Shuttering fixer — McKinley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in McKinley County, New Mexico. You will work on a residential tower site. You should have: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
