Join our team: tower crane operator (Ohio)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Able to read load charts and lifting plans At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
