External wall insulation fitter — Washington County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Washington County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy building site. On the job you will handle: • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings What we are looking for: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
