The role involves fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends.
