We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Stephens County, Georgia. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
