Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Baker County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 4+ years on the tools preferred.
