Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Performance bonus on top of base pay.
