Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Floyd County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
