Baker — Union County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Union County, Tennessee. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
