Kitchenhand — Cumberland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Cumberland County, North Carolina. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 4+ years on the tools preferred.
