You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
