Sewing machine operator — Tallapoosa County

Join our team: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. You will work in a textile and apparel unit. You should have: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines You will change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance.
