We are recruiting: gantry crane operator (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Waller County, Texas. On a typical shift you will hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; work out the load weight and the lifting radius. Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience.
