Plant operator — Lee County

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Lee County, North Carolina. Day to day you will keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; check for underground cables and services before digging; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
