Prep cook — Clark County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Clark County, Washington. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
