System scaffolder — Allegheny County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The role involves tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage. What we are looking for: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang Full-time, day shift.
