You will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
