Great opportunity: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Harrison County, Missouri. You will work in a non-ferrous casting shop. The role involves cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. You should have: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
