Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Iron County, Missouri. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
