Vertical milling machine operator — Logan County

Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Logan County, North Dakota. You will work in a die and mould making unit. Day to day you will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence. Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift 5+ years on the tools preferred.
