The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
