Immediate opening: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Owan West, Edo. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Understanding of hand and radio signals On the job you will handle: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams Six days a week, one day off.
