You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape.
