Great opportunity: we are hiring an assembly operator in Gaines County, Texas. You should have: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S On a typical shift you will clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station. Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
