Halal butcher — Hinds County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Hinds County, Mississippi. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
