Crane operator — Ashe County

Join our team: we are hiring a crane operator in Ashe County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes You will climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; work out the load weight and the lifting radius. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
