Mining dozer operator wanted in Pasquotank County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Pasquotank County, North Carolina. The job is on a quarry floor. You will rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle. Ideal candidate: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Performance bonus on top of base pay.
