Kitchen steward • Orlu, Imo State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Orlu, Imo State. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
