Dough maker — Wilson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Wilson County, Tennessee. You will be based at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
