Kitchen cook wanted in Loudon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Loudon County, Tennessee. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
