Captain waiter wanted in Bibb County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Bibb County, Alabama. The role involves: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Performance bonus on top of base pay.
