Scaffolding supervisor — Frederick County

Join our team: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Frederick County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold You will erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
