Gas service engineer — Miner County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Miner County, South Dakota. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. Your main tasks: • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances What we are looking for: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches Performance bonus on top of base pay.
