Now hiring: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Okanogan County, Washington. You will be based on a busy domestic building site. What we are looking for: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish Day-to-day duties: • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Share your details and we will call you back.
