Powder coating operator — McKenzie County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in McKenzie County, North Dakota. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well 2+ years on the tools preferred.
