Overlocker operator wanted in Saint Lucie County

Now hiring: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Saint Lucie County, Florida. Day to day you will match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus 1+ years on the tools preferred.
