Turning centre operator — Owen County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Owen County, Kentucky. Day to day you will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; write and edit G-code programs at the control; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; load and index turning tools in the turret. Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
