Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in Wyandotte County, Kansas. You will be based on an offshore oil and gas platform. You will tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; read lift plans and method statements before starting. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Confident with standard crane hand signals Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
