Elevator technician wanted in McKean County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in McKean County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring The role involves set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments.
