Vacancy available: we are hiring a plumber in DeKalb County, Alabama. The job is on residential construction sites. On a typical shift you will fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves; install and repair water supply lines using PPR, CPVC and GI fittings; connect overhead and underground water tanks; lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall; trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits. Requirements: • Able to read basic plumbing drawings and layouts • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
