Join our team: groundworker (Kwara State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a groundworker in Ilorin West, Kwara State. You will work on a road and bridge project. On the job you will handle: • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors Ideal candidate: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Full-time with occasional weekends.
