You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; check back during the meal and handle special requests; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
