You will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; clear and reset tables between covers; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
