Blocklayer wanted in Franklin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a blocklayer in Franklin County, Iowa. You will be based on a busy housing site. Day to day you will installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses. Ideal candidate: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) Full-time, day shift.
